With the arrival of Spring, approaching school holidays and daylight savings starting on 4 October 2026 our onwater programs will start to ramp up again. See our September events calendar for a detailed list of what's on at Geelong Canoe Club.

• SOCIAL PADDLES: Tuesday and Thursday sessions now start later - on the water at 5.00pm.
• RIVER RAMBLE:Sunday 6 September, 9.00 - 11.30am. Cost $30.

  Relaxed, social paddles open to adults (minimum age 16 years) of all paddling abilities. Qualified guides and all equipment provided.

• KAYAKING FOR KIDS: 28 and 29 September 2026 from 9.00am-11.00am. Cost $50. There's another session being planned for Term 4 and we'll post details on our website and Facebook once that's organised.

• RIVER CLOSED: Sunday 13 September 2026 - the river will be closed for a dragon boat regatta.
• CANOE POLO SESSION CHANGE: Sunday 13 September 2026 - the pool is not available so this session will be run on the river at 4.30 pm (after the dragon boat event is finished). 
• CANOE POLO - POOL TO RIVER CHANGE: sessions will be moving out of the pool and onto the river again at the end of this month - we'll send reminders on Facebook and website closer to the time.
