Geelong Canoe Club’s (GCC) 2026 annual general meeting is on Saturday 18 July at 10.00 a.m. with morning tea afterwards. The meeting will be held upstairs at our clubrooms, 1/11 Marnock Road Newtown.
All the GCC committee positions are open so please consider voting for someone or nominating for a position.

- Bookings Coordinator
- Authorities Liaison Officer
- Rack Allocation

- Website Coordinator
As a volunteer-run community club, we are always looking for active volunteers to help run our Club. If you have capacity and would like to join the GCC Committee, we encourage you to speak with a current Committee Member and fill in a nomination form.
Please note that it is an expectation that those who nominate for a committee position will be able to attend the majority of meetings throughout the year. Meetings are held every two months for approximately 90 minutes.
We are also requesting nominations for:
- Reg Parker Club Person of the Year Award.
- GCC Paddler of the Year Award.
- GCC Life Membership (as per Geelong Canoe Club Bylaws).
