Thank you to all our members who braved the blustery conditions this morning to join us for this year's Geelong Canoe Club (GCC) Annual General Meeting.

Congratulations to our incoming Executive Committee: Carmel Brown (President), Suellen (Vice-President), Liz (Secretary) and Michael (Treasurer).

Well done to Nick on receiving the Reg Parker Club Person of the Year for his efforts over the last 12 months and beyond. Congratulations also go to Peter Currie who took out the Club Paddler of the Year award as a reflection of his commitment to competitive paddling.

A huge thank you to outgoing President Alex for his leadership over the last year, and to Toni our outgoing Secretary for nine years of dedication and commitment.

We also want to acknowledge each and every one of our volunteers who help us run the club - your help no matter how large or small is greatly appreciated.

The 2025/26 Executive and broader Committee is looking forward to continuing the work of ensuring GCC remains an inclusive and social environment providing a range of paddle sport participation opportunities for all ages, abilities and experience levels.
