LOCATION: Geelong Canoe Club, Marnock Road, Newtown

ABOUT THE EVENT:

Short course races on Friday evening, singles races on Saturday morning, doubles races on Sunday morning. 

All crew members must enter (i.e. both crew members of doubles craft need their own registration).

Age categories, race classes and race distances are explained on the event flyer.

We expect to receive a life jacket exemption for paddlers in U23 classes and above.  However, all paddlers, regardless of age, must bring an approved life jacket / PFD (Personal Flotation Device).  Inflatables are not acceptable. 

Check-in: Friday (short course): 4:30-5:00 pm.  Briefing 5:30 pm.  Racing starts 6:00 pm.

Check-in: Saturday (singles): 8:30 to 9:00 am. Briefing 9:30 am. Racing starts 10:00 am

Check-in: Sunday (doubles): 8:30 to 9:00 am. Briefing 9:30 am. Racing starts 10:00 am.

ICF K and kneeling C class includes portage as specified. Other kayak/ski and canoe/SUP classes do not portage.

N.B.  Unfortunately due to an joint announcement by PA and AOCRA in April 2022 OC6, V6 and V3 craft are not permitted to attend this event.
